The ‘Yardley Foundation’ is an Unincorporated, Fully Constituted Not-For-Profit Private Member’s Association

Recognized in International and ‘Divine Law – Rule of Law’ (the Jurisdiction of mankind) and as such is recognized anywhere and everywhere throughout the world. The Foundation’s work is about:

The work of the Foundation as such shall always be in line with the Beliefs, Values, Intents, Aims, Accountabilities, Commitment, Objectives and Purposes as laid in the ‘Yardley Foundation’ Constitution. 

Beliefs, Values, Objectives and Accountabilities

The ‘Yardley Foundation’ is underpinned by a very strict Code of Conduct and Duty which is defined in the Foundation’s Core Beliefs, Core Values, Intents, Purposes, Commitment and Objectives upon which all Members resonate with and apply in their lives naturally. These are clearly described in detail in the Foundation’s expansive ‘Constitution’. There are 22 Aims and Accountabilities upon which every individual Member is bound to, guiding them in carrying out the many diverse streams of work of the Foundation.

Location of the ‘Foundation’

There is no official office of the ‘Yardley Foundation’ as it is not a business and does not engage in any trade. For postal reason correspondence and such this shall be the home address at which the living Executive Trustee, Caron Yardley, has as their residence at any given time in any location or land that they may be living in, passing through or visiting; and/or at any such place as they may from time to time determine, in regards to the management of the affairs, intentions and purposes, goals and objectives and/or aims and mission of the Foundation and for the purposes of invoicing, billing, communication and other such as required in the ordinary and general processes of managing the affairs of such.

Rights, Responsibilities and Freedom in Law

The ‘Yardley Foundation’ Members are exemplified by their example, the promotion of and adherence to, as well as competent knowledge of the true Law that is mankind’s birthRIGHT – particularly the Divine, Universal, Common, Natural or Rule of Law.  

The man-made corrupt self-serving ‘fictions’ of law created to entrap and enslave mankind unlawfully, deceptively and in plain sight through subtle yet obvious means are an anathema and constructs of deception that Members of this Foundation do not acknowledge and give credence to.

The laws of man which are constructed under the correct pretences are applied by all Members – including but not limited to International, National, Regional, Provincial, State, Territory, Local, Community, Councils and Towns where they are NOT false constructs known as a ‘corporation’ and operating under false pretences and outside of true law.

Additionally, and importantly, the laws of the ancient tribes and communities along with current traditional and/or customary, tribal and indigenous law and/or lore is respected and acknowledged. Members, being fully knowledgeable on their Divine Rights, Responsibilities and Freedom, apply such tribal and indigenous laws appropriately wherever they reside, visit or pass through respectfully. The ancient tribal laws of ALL cultures and peoples are also acknowledged.

The ‘work’ of The Foundation

Whereas the Constitution of the ‘Yardley Foundation’ is a thorough encapsulation of the entire aims and objectives of the work of the ‘Yardley Foundation’ per se, these aims and objectives are carried proactively out through various streams of ‘work’ each with it’s own purpose and direction. The Constitution serves as a ‘private’ document for Members only and as such cannot be openly shared due to the Foundation being in the ‘private’ and not the ‘public’.

There are six main streams of work that are in effect at present with four in the early stages of creation – all of which will expand over time and with growth of Membership and support. The work-streams of the Foundation are carried out and achieved through events and activities in-person and online and across various platforms. Our work-streams are:

  • Catalyst Ascending ~ the promoter and overseer of all the workstreams of the ‘Yardley Foundation’
  • Ancient House of Yardley ~ focusing on all things related to the historical
  • Taurus Arising ~ focusing on all things of the Spiritual
  • CONtemplations~ focusing on raising awareness to Truth, exposing the CONS and the lies
  • REmbracing OUR ‘Divine Law’ ~ focusing on the rightful LAW of our birthRIGHT – known as the Divine, Universal, Common, Natural or Rule of Law
  • REmembering ELY§IUM ~ focusing on how to unravel the programming of wilful ignorance

And those in the pipeline are:

  • Truth Bearers Network ~ a network of responsible, ethical truth seekers and educators
  • *Amateur-Professional Ballet* ~ highlighting the work of non-professional youth and adult groups
  • *Get Fit – Get Healthy – Stay Well* ~ offering accessible daily in-person exercise classes, as well as information on food, diet and cooking assistance
  • *Socialisation Events*~ offering various events for in-person socialisation, including but not limited to events specifically designed for young children, teenagers, adults and other such

These latter four work-streams are still in the setting up process. We’ll update all the details and information when things progress to the ‘active’ stage.

All work streams are under the auspices of the ‘Yardley Foundation’ and are managed, overseen and facilitated through ‘Catalyst Ascending’ – each being complimentary to the other while all converge towards the same outcomes.

All the work of the ‘Yardley Foundation’ is underpinned by ‘Divine’ Law – The Highest Jurisdiction available to mankind.
